The entire history of our Restaurants starts here: La Buca Restaurant, from 1985 facing the stunning harbour of Cesenatico, projected by Leonardo da Vinci.
It was like going back to the roots for Stefano: he grew up in the beloved Pensione Stella Marina, owned by his mother Angela and her two sisters. Later, he paid his duties at his father Marcello’s restaurant, a former fisherman. After getting an Economics Degree and having spent some years realising that he was not made for working in a office, the call of his origins and passions won him over.
La Buca is where we do our best in order to serve only the best products possibile. Everyday Stefano personally chooses the fish that will be displayed and used at the Restaurant. And he only chooses the best ones, the ones he loves the most!
